These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in the Easy Yes Offer 8-week program and all related services, including SMS/text messaging communications, operated by ELEUTHERA ENTERPRISES LLC (doing business as "GrowthGods") ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

By enrolling in the Easy Yes Offer program, accessing course materials, or opting in to receive communications from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not enroll or use our services.

1. Program Description

The Easy Yes Offer program is an 8-week educational course designed to teach agency owners how to create and install an "easy yes" offer into their business. The program includes:

2. Enrollment and Access

By enrolling in the program, you acknowledge that:

3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms and Conditions

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box during enrollment or on any of our forms, you expressly consent to receive text messages from GrowthGods at the phone number you provided. This consent includes:

3.2 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your enrollment status and program schedule. During the 8-week program, you may receive multiple messages per week related to sessions, assignments, and program updates.

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier. GrowthGods is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.

3.4 Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any text message you receive from us

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. Note: Opting out of SMS does not affect your program enrollment, but you may miss important session reminders.

3.6 Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.

4. Payment Terms

By enrolling in the Easy Yes Offer program, you agree to pay all fees associated with your enrollment. Payment terms include:

• Prices are subject to change but will be honored for confirmed enrollments

5. Refund Policy

6. Intellectual Property

You agree that you will NOT:

• Share, distribute, or resell course materials

• Record live sessions without written permission

• Use materials to create competing products or services

• Share login credentials with non-enrolled individuals

7. Results Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Results vary based on individual effort, implementation, and business circumstances. We do not guarantee specific income, revenue, or business results. Testimonials and case studies represent individual experiences and are not guarantees of future performance.

8. Code of Conduct

As a participant in the Easy Yes Offer program, you agree to:

• Treat fellow participants, staff, and instructors with respect

• Maintain confidentiality of discussions shared in group settings

• Refrain from promoting your own products/services without permission

• Participate in good faith and contribute positively to the community

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PROGRAM AND MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ELEUTHERA ENTERPRISES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ELEUTHERA ENTERPRISES LLC, its officers, directors, employees, instructors, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your participation in the program or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Duval County, Florida.
